We first used Heron before he became a concierge doctor but left his practice when he became one as we were then not prepared to pay the extra fees. We thought it was rather thoughtless of his abandoning his patients. But as we aged we eventually did join and pay. We did so with the understanding that as we aged ultimately the extra fees would be worth it. We were in a sense prepaying for extra care we would someday need. Then with little advance notice Heron quits and again leaving us in the lurch. The doctor he set up to replace him ( We assume sold the practice to) has no relevant experience as she did pediatric work. Heron made it very difficult when we found a replacement doctor .. .We could not have our medical records sent to our new doctor. Herons office made me share personal details with a third party using a personal email account which I refused to do . Likewise my new doctor failed when they requested my records. While I had no issue with Herons medical care. I have a problem with his abandoning his patients and making it hard to switch providers
