Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Berkman. He was very nice, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful recommending a new medication that might help me. He was very thorough going through my medical history and referred me to two specialists. 5 stars for Dr. Berkman and his entire team.

Very thorough and knowledgeable in providing the best possible solution. I would recommend this practice and am very confident that my health is improving. The staff is excellent and they are always on time with prescription refills. Dr. Berkman really listens, I am well taken care of and will continue to use this practice for Primary Care plus writing referrals to Specialists when needed.

I am extremely disappointed with the care (or lack of care) from this office. I am currently experiencing severe throat pain along with ear-related symptoms and specifically requested an in-person evaluation, as this is not something that can be properly assessed through telehealth. Despite clearly communicating my symptoms and concerns, I was refused an in-person appointment and pushed toward a virtual visit instead. Telehealth is not appropriate for evaluating ear or throat issues that require physical examination, and being denied access to in-person care left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. When patients are in pain and asking to be seen, they should not have to fight for basic medical care. I expected better access and better judgment from a primary care office.

My wife and I see Dr Berkman because he is highly rated online reviews, near our home, and enjoys traveling. The traveling aspect gives him more patience with us since my wife is Asian. His team is also very professional and caring to us. We highly recommend him and his team for your health concerns.

My cardo recommended this practice. I made an appointment and never saw anyone but his NP and the front desk personel. Wrote a negitive review. Berkman sent a registered letter dismissing me from his practice. I keep getting reminders to come back for vaccines and follow ups. I found a competent and caring PCP, who doesn't run a factory practice. I suggest you do also.
