I cannot say enough good things about the care my daughter and I received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable. My daughter was struggling with a croup cough, and as a parent, it was frightening; but the team immediately put us at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly: what was happening, what to expect, and most importantly, how I could help her at home. Their compassion and patience made a stressful situation feel manageable. Every nurse, doctor, and support staff member treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism. Thanks to their thorough care and thoughtful guidance, my daughter is recovering well, and I left feeling confident and reassured. I'm deeply grateful for their expertise and support -- they truly went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone for being there when we needed you most.

Had a great experience under the supervision of Brie and the staff. It was it fire time at this hospital and it couldn't have gone much better. We got to a room almost immediately and out nurse team got to work. Thanks for taking care of us!

From the moment I walked into the ER all the way through getting discharged I had a very great and pleasant experience due to my circumstances. The check in was easy, the nurse was very helpful and made me feel at ease in that situation. I was quickly brought into a room where I met a doctor who assessed me, provided me information on my situation, treated me, and gave me a prescription to heal. I felt safe the entire time. After the doctor, a staff member brought me medication and explained to me throughly what to do, followed by paying my copay with another member. Also, the whole lobby and room to the halls were extremely clean. I don't ever want to have an emergency again, but if I do......may it be an Advent Health.

Quick easy registration. Seen within half hour after arrival. Great nursing care (Christina) and Dr Wristers did a great suture job. Both were friendly attentive and proficient. Really good experience. As a retired nurse I can appreciate all they did to make me comfortable despite having a busy night.

This Establishment should redo their staff due to the unprofessionalism I experienced as soon as I walked through the doors. Security staff did not speak upon entering and the workers at the admin check in desk were very hostile. I explained to the women I am 5 months pregnant and she had the audacity to question me repeatedly about whether or not I was actually with child. 1. " Are you sure that you are pregnant?" 2. So did you take a pregnancy test to confirm your pregnancy? 3. Did an OB/GYN confirm that you're actually with child? I've never in my life felt the need to respond or answer such mundane questions. Even when I got a room in the back my Dr. looked at me funny and asked me are you certain you're pregnant? I thought I was on a reality tv show of some sort. I explained again what symptoms I was experiencing and had questions for the Dr, as well as my nurse team including the ultrasound tech no one was helpful no one could answer any of my questions or concerns. I was only there for the staff to draw my blood, stick an IV in my arm ride me to ultrasound and discharge me without anyone going over my results or even answering my questions of when would I get my results. Oh the results will show up in your my chart and if anything comes back we will call and if nothing comes back you need to find yourself an ON/GYN. I literally just moved here from another state and explained this to my care team I came to the ER for help from them. Instead they urged me to seek help from an OBGYN because my basic need for understanding what might could be off with my body was beyond their comprehension. Never again will I go here I would drive to another hospital if the Lord sees fit. 0 stars I do not recommend and would not want any other pregnant women not person in general to experience hostile, unfriendly, unknowable staff who call themselves Dr and nurses who "care" Not to mention all the devices they needed to use on me had dead batteries which kept my monitors blaring and beeping non stop and the heart beat monitor on my baby in the womb was not working my Dr said she would be back with a new device and she never came back with said device to hear my little ones heart beat.
