My mother (81 years old) has been a patient for over 15+ years. For the past several years she has been seeing Jose E Osorio-Lopez (Physician Assistant. He is the best. I truly believe that if she was seeing someone else, she would not be alive. He takes his time to review her blood work, meds and any issues she maybe having, and makes sure she sent to a specialist if needed. The whole staff is wonderful. Anytime a referral is needed Lindsey is handling it quickly. Lori is very good as the nurse and makes sure the meds are correct each time, she has an appointment. Jennifer the Front staff is very good, if you have any questions or need to reach someone, she makes sure the messages are delivered and returns the call with the answer.

Dr. Noe is a very caring loving doctor, she takes her time with me to make sure I understand everything she has said and answers ALL my questions without me feeling like she's rushing out the door. Her staff is is professional and they go out of their way to help me. Her receptionist is sweet and has gone out of her way several times to help me when I was in a bind. The office manager is very personable and I always see her running around helping out the staff. I am very grateful to have found this office for my family and highly recommend Dr. Noe to everyone!

Dr. Noe is an incredible physician. She's extremely through, takes her time to listen to you and discuss your problems and concerns. She really cares for her patients and makes sure she gets them well. Dr Noe is the best doctor I've had in my 60 years!!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!!!!

I needed to reschedule last minute due to a VA appointment change and her office had no regard to this and insisted upon the $150 change fee; even though it can take months to get a new appointment at the the VA. This lady is purely in it for the money. Sad but explains why her office is in a strip mall and she has to co-rent space with another physician. Glad I could help pay her staff since she clearly cannot. I regret the referral and will ensure that group will no longer refer to her
