First time at this location. Saw Dr. Cen. Very thorough examination, answered all of my questions. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful to make appointments with other specialists. All in all, the Adventhealth system is a refreshing change from previous experiences I had in NYC.
They have always been courteous and have made me feel very comfortable about being there. The staff do their job with all the professionalism one would expect. Dr. Saenz is great! He seems to be very through and discusses every aspect of my test results, medication, follow ups, etc..I believe in him and that he will do his best to provide me with the care I need.
The cardiologists and people seem decent, except they are so consistently disorganized. This is the third time my dad has ran out of medications because of days of issues on their end. Went to the office Tuesday and requested a renewal. Put the prescriptions in Thursday, but no renewal yet listed, WalMart would call FHG to get it. Now it's Saturday. Medications are out, and they won't be open Monday for Presidents Day and refuse to do medication refills on the urgent call number. I'd think it might be on Wal-Mart's end, except their prescription system has been strong in all other interactions, and FHG also hhave the same types of issues at appointments themselves. They've repeatedly lost expensive tests in their system. Just this week they wanted to set my dad down for an ultrasound in a few months... that he'd had one week ago. When we told them, it was "oh, weird, must not have been put in the system right". And then the cardiologist was forced to take a quick look at it instead of a detailed study. I like the doctors. But the system, the organization they have, is becoming unbearable. Every single visit there has had at least one such mistake. These mistakes could cost people their lives, and it is absolutely irresponsible.
I been to heart doctors 2 times received great treatment and the staff as been outstanding highly recommend them
