I took my 74 year-old mom here today for a routine check up and it was a great experience. The lady at the front desk was super nice and chatted with us about wanting to learn Spanish and traveling. Almost as soon as we sat down, they called my mom in. The nurse or PA (don't know which but it was a guy) was also very nice. We only waited a few min after he left and Dr. Udit Joshi came in. He was very personable and kind, and patient with my mom who doesn't speak English very well. He listened to all her concerns and even ordered labs for her because my mom doesn't wanna go back to her PCP and is looking for a new one, and was worried about not having labs done since last year. I honestly was thinking of looking for a cardiologist closer to where I live, since I'm the one that has to take her and I work full-time, but after our experience today, I think it'll be worth the drive to continue to see Dr Joshi. Everyone we encountered was super nice and professional.

Patient's can no longer get the doctor. Only nurses for the same cost. Something changed in mid 2024 and I haven't seen my doctor Ranadive since. The nurses didn't know my history and such. They didn't know me at all. They screwed up a prescription and after a month of calling and promises they still screwed it up after the third attempt. I give up. Last week I get their new "check in online text and email" and so I do so. I show up for my appointment and no one is there to see me. Not a nurse or the doctor. The office staff continues for months now to blame a new computer system that they clearly lack a working knowledge of how to use it correctly. This office is now the worst doctors office I've ever dealt with and I'm leaving the practice for good. A Doctor's office with no doctor and who can't even get prescriptions right and or appointments. Why would ANYONE even consider this place. Truly the very worst. It's a shame because it was great last year.

I was in the hospital because of chest pains. When I got out, I went back to this organization where I met with Scott. He asked me if I wanted my PCP or him to monitor my lab work. I had a concern as I live at the beach and it's an hour drive and he said not to worry he would tell them to me over the phone. I left multiple messages for him and he would never contact me. I had to have my PCP read my lab work and schedule me with a new office because Scott refused to contact me. This is not how you should treat your patients especially ones who got out of the hospital and waiting for results. I even came back to your office to have more tests run. It's very clear to me unless you are charging me a copay or billing my insurance company, you have no interest in following up with me. Do yourself a favor don't go here. Clearly they are all about the money or at least Scott is.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the level of service & lack of professionalism provided by the OFFICE STAFF at this medical facility. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule appointments, they have consistently failed to deliver on their commitments. Despite my 2 year patronage, I have experienced at least 6 instances of cancelled appointments a day or so prior to my appointment date, causing significant disruption & inconvenience to my work schedule. My appointment today was only for a medication question/follow up after a hospital visit. I will be seeking alternative cardiology care due to the staff's ineptitude. Edit: The response to my review is a joke, although great "excuses" EVERY time y'all call to cancel & "reschedule" my appointment! Despite the importance of following up with my cardiologist after my hospital release. Today 8/28, office called & I answered & said "please tell me you are not calling to tell me my appointment is cancelled" & sure enough, they called to cancel! Now, it's been over a month and a half with no appointment. Time to find a new cardiologist!
