Indian River Primary Care

While the care I received at IRPC was outstanding, the fact they dropped my insurance without notification. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to pay $150 and they would file the insurance. No claim has been submitted on my behalf and I find this to be poor practice! If you have Medicare, I highly recommend this office, if you don't, find another provider. Good luck

I love my doctor (Lauren Bloom) and Nicole and even the front desk staff is good. However the way the practice is managed degrades the experience. The new "ChatBot" is an absolute nightmare. It's only purpose is to take a messages, never does it get me through to anyone, but it makes me run in frustrating circles before accomplishing nothing. I have good insurance, have never had a late payment. But the policies about payment (have card on file, pay before visit, etc.) are beyond what I have experienced at other doctors.

I have been a patient there for three years and I do love Dr. Pimenova but the office is managed poorly. Prescriptions not refilled, calls not returned, referrals not sent for extremely important testing. Now that I have decided that I want to switch to another PCP because of these terrible experiences I have never experience before- they cut me off the Portal so I cannot even try to print them myself and they have not sent to the new PCP even though they were requested 9/9 two weeks ago. No one will return my call so I will be showing up in person to get my records and I also will be reporting the office to the Medical Board. Please do not go to this office they will only cause you stress causing medical issues!

Dr Dalili's practice is so efficient and professional from the second you enter the waiting room to the follow up post your appointment. It has been many years since I have experienced this fantastic level of care where a doctor and his staff genuinely wanting to actually take care of their patients...not just a number!

I have been with Indian River primary care for seven years, Dr. Arnold is great, same with his nurse. Problem is out of the blue. I'm told they can't take my insurance anymore even though I was out of network and was grandfathered in. They now want $150 upfront and I have to submit my insurance even though they got the Full amount, Medicare only pays, greed, what happened to customer service besides having to talk to AI to get an appointment they are forcing me to go find another doctor?
