Dr. Luis Garcia is a board-certified clinical cardiac electrophysiologist with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. His specialties include atrial fibrillation, pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, ventricular tachycardia, long QT, Brugada syndrome, arrhythmia management, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and Watchman device implants. Dr. Garcia received his medical degree from New York University and completed an internal medicine residency at Columbia University Medical Center. He completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and clinical electrophysiology at NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Garcia has published his research in peer-reviewed medical journals and delivered presentations on cardiovascular disease.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr Garcia to evaluate my options and was impressed by his knowledge and his tenure. He is a great listener something that is very rare in the medical profession this days. His staff was very alert and were prepared and very organized.

We were kept informed of delays. Dr. Garcia is very thorough with providing information about proposing suggestions on how best to proceed with treatments and encouraging improving. He also possesses a compassionate attitude, which is helpful. A couple of medications will no longer be necessary, and services performed have been helpful, though that has not been evident except for the EKG and other tests.
