The technician, the fellow, and especially Dr. Shah were impressive. They all were personable and put my wife and me at ease. Both of the doctors were extraordinarily thorough and clear in their explanations. Dr Shah inspired great confidence that having him do my procedure is the right choice.

It was a cold day in December when I had my appointment with Dr Shah at MedStar. When I arrived, just what I expected to happen. From the front security desk to the appointment area, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Ms Janice, Dr Shah and his assistant were very pleasant, supportive and informative. They took care in explainingy situation. I was very pleased. Upon my departure everyone that I encountered were helpful and courteous. I look forward to working with them when my procedure takes place. I feel very confident that I will have a very similar experience. WHC is my hospital. Thank you Dr Shah, your assistant, and Ms Janice for making feel comfortable and relaxed about the reason for my visit. I'm never disappointed when I have my appointments at WHC. When I had my stroke, I was afraid of what was ahead for me in my life. WHC staff were very supportive and informative. My mind was at ease, knowing that I had a team that truly cared about my health. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you.

From the moment I walked into the office it was a very friendly and yet very professional atmosphere. The two professionals I met before the doctor were very friendly, professional, made sure I felt comfortable, and talked with me, not at me when the doctor came in again Very warm greeting, asking me about a few things other than what I came in for and then was very professional in our conversation . We discussed my procedure for potential procedure. He made sure I understand or I understood everything about before , During, An after procedure.
He also went over the possible risks that might come up. I make sure I was comfortable and understood everything about this procedure.. I definitely would give Him a 10 out of 10 and a very positive review

I was impressed and very appreciative at the thorough and careful assessment that Dr. Manish Shah made, which included the need for further (and interdisciplinary ) assessment before critical decisions could be made about the course of my healthcare. This is what first rate medical care looks like.
