Good day, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Lisa at Alferi Cardiology. She has been incredibly helpful and truly dedicated to her work. She supported both my husband and me through the entire process with our insurance company, keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever she received the necessary forms, she took care of all the legwork and made everything so much easier for us. Her knowledge, commitment, and compassion mean so much, and we are truly grateful for her assistance. I also want to acknowledge the entire staff at Alferi Cardiology. Everyone--from the front office team to the doctors--is helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. As patients, we feel valued, cared for, and well-supported. It is a blessing to have a medical team like this on our side. I would highly recommend Alferi Cardiology to anyone seeking quality care. Thank you all for everything you do.

I Called and made an appointment was told they could provide me with a physical. I took off work and drove 50 mins to get there where then I was denied serviced saying "they aren't qualified" to do that type of work. Extremely disorganized, why would they tell me over the phone they can provide a service and I was assured they could definitely then denied service upon arriving. The NP did not even attempt to help me when I handed her the packet she told me "I can't do this" no "hello" "how are you." Extremely unprofessional to make me sit in the lobby and do all the new patient paperwork just to deny me service. I will never be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it seems like they are desperate for $$$ signs all over the lobby about copays before you are seen. I have never in my life seen a second rate Doctor Office like this.

Crystal and Cindy in the chronic care department are amazing. They help me with every problem that comes up. Those two are great resource for Afieri cardiology.

I went to Dr. Alfieri due to shortness of breath and dizziness I was experiencing over a few months. He ran his tests and concluded that I was simply out of shape physically. He gave me a business card for "Orange Theory" so that I could correct this. A short time later, I passed out and had to have a blood transfusion due to my hemoglobin being at a level of 5. I have been diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia because there was no iron in my blood. With a level 5 I could have died. This is gross incompetence in my book. When my new doctor asked fir my records, Alfieri's office did not respond. I went personally to retrieve them, and after 2 weeks they charged me $43.20 (.90 per page). This is a very dangerous place to look for medical care.

The DRs & PA's that I've seen have been great but the office staff is not efficient. I've waited 6 weeks for a prior authorization form to be sent to my insurance company. I've called several times only to be given the run around and have been hung up on by the main receptionist Sophie or Sophia. I've requested a call back from the Dr or PA to no avail. I would not recommend due to the frustration. Waiting 6 weeks for a prior authorization form to be completed is unacceptable. They need new office staff
