My appointments have NEVER been on time. Twice they had to reschedule after my arrival. Dr Prasad is fantastic, but getting an on time appointment is impossible for the last 4 years. My last visit was November 6 at 2pm. When I arrived 15 minutes early...as usual I asked if doctor was running appointments on time or should we reschedule. I was told he was only a few minutes behind. They took my co pay and did a quick ekg. Five minutes later I was placed in an exam room unti 315 pm, which is 1 hour and 15 minutes later. That's when I just up and left. No one asked me anything as I walked out. Haven't heard from Prasad's office since. My advice...Find A Better Cardiologist!

The absolute WORST office I have ever dealt with!!!! Not sure how bad the Lewes office is, but the Ocean View office is HORRIBLE!!! The first office visit should have been a clue, we waited 2 HOURS in the waiting room. People were just walking out. After a procedure (that we waited over a month just to get it scheduled, only because NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK from their office) the Dr. prescribed a medicine for my husband that he said he needs for his heart. It has been 4 weeks since then and after 4 visits to their office (every day off that I have sitting down with the office manager and Dr. assistants and DOZENS of phone calls, they still have not sent the correct paperwork to the pharmacy so that he can get it!!! This is a persons HEART medication that we are talking about. They are playing around with peoples lives here. We are definitely dropping this practice!!!

I have to agree with just about everyone is saying about this practice and office staff of Dr Qureshi. He is supposed to rated the top heart doctor in Delaware but him and his staff must have paid someone off or stuffed the ballot box. I was scheduled to go to Bebee hospital in Lewes to have a stent put in for my heart. I showed up on the schedule day and they told me I'm not even on the list. They had no record of me for surgery that day. Of course it was early in the morning and the office was closed and got the answering service. They tried contacting the doctor. I left and I never heard back from them until about 11:00 a.m. they blamed it on the previous secretary that never set the time up in the hospital for me. I already switch doctors. I found a really good one really nice office staff.

How to say this nicely?? The women who work in the office are unkind and rude to patients. Not helpful to older people who are dealing with life and death health problems. It is obvious they, including Dr Pia, are not suited to work with the elderly. Dr. becomes frustrated and doesn't explain in full what is happening with the patient's health. Very disappointing.

Referred by family Dr & was sent for several tests but never received any results or followup. Called office MANY times with no success. Received excuse after excuse why they messed up!
