Delaware Cardiovascular Associates: Qureshi Wasif MD

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk girls on personal phones do not pay attention until they finish their texting entries. Others make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to them. No smiles. No welcome. No greetings. No thank you. From the patient/relative perspective, personnel is very dry, rough, NOT personable AT ALL. They keep cancelling/postponing appointments. HAVE NOT been able to see the actual cardiologist in 2 years, because they keep, AGAIN, RESCHEDULING. Called to confirm appt and I arrived before they would come back to the phone.

Dr. Qureshi is one of the most competent cardiologist in the State of Delaware. Front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Highly recommended practice!

The doctor might be good, BUT the office paperwork & employees are unreliable and inaccurate. I took my mother for an appointment that has been scheduled for over a month. When she got there she was handed forms with another patient's name. When confronted of the error, she was told she did not have an appointment scheduled for today. Then, my mother proceeded to show them their print with all the appointments and type of appointments highlighted. The office assistant stated that such test was already performed (SCARRY she had been scheduled for the same test twice.). Needless to say, NO APOLOGIES were issues. Instead, another printout was issued with a "corrected" appointment schedule. Those girls at the reception office are as dry as a desert.

Dr. W. Qureshi saved my life. Great doctor. His idea of CAT scan with FFR ( new technology) was indeed a blessing. Prasad D Aysola

The worst. From the office staff to the doctors. No respect for people. There are so many choices available, why choose a mediocre practice or doctor? Dr. QURESHI the absolute worst, and extremely rude.
