Had a calcium score test several months ago scheduled by my dad's cardiologist (Sunnergren). His ofc had the results two hours after the test but didn't call me back for two weeks to review the results and schedule an appointment, even after I left several messages on every prompt of the answering machine and his front desk promised me on two different occasions that I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Finally, I took my 86 year old dad to his appointment today. I am his caretaker. He has dementia. They left us in the exam room for 40+ minutes! Sunnergren finally came in, with an attitude because I had opened the door and asked the desk if he was coming. He was immediately rude and very unprofessional to me! He even got in my face aggressively, saying he owned this practice and we could go find another cardiologist. Horrible patient care. Horrible service. Horrible time management. The worst "doctor" I have ever experienced! He is a disgrace to his profession.
