Patient
This is a critique of the office operation and not the physician. I've been satisfied with his service. The office called me recently to ask me if I could reschedule my appointment. I said of course, no problem. Today I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and signed the registration sheet. I sat in the waiting room, as I usually do, and waited for them to call me. I observed patients who had arrived before me being called, seen by the doctor and leaving the office. I had been there waiting for approximately 40 minutes when a patient arrived, had a seat and was called in about 10 minutes. It was at this juncture that I thought there may be a problem. The office staff who were coming out for patients clearly saw me sitting there. I was angry at this point, so I left the office to avoid creating a scene. To make matters worse, the excuses that I was given when I called back to inform them of what happened were weak. The representative tried to put the responsibility for the issue back on me. I signed in as required and waited for them to call me. If they didn't in 55 minutes, that's on them. As you can see from the photo, they didn't exactly lose me in a crowd of patients. I left the office after waiting for 55 minutes. They really need to do better.
