Alert alert! I went there for a specific medical concern and this was indicated when I made the appointment. I went saw a doctor for less than 30 mins, got billed for 45 mins, and then got referred to another doctor in Newark or Wilmington. They should have told me that over the phone and before I got nearly $500 bill for an office visit without any treatment! I picked them because of their location. Now I have to find another doctor that I can travel to. They got 2 starts because the admin staff were ok.

I have seen Jennifer Entrekin for several problems She is just amazing how she's so thorough. I am so happy to have her. She has helped me so much with my heart problems. I recommend her to anyone who's having a problem.

It was very easy and relatively quickly to get an appointment here. The front desk representatives were friendly and helpful when I arrived. The nurse who took me back was friendly and patiently took my history related to the issue that brought me there. Dr. Patel was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive as he determined my care plan. Very happy to have Christiana Care so close to home and to have found a friendly provider to help me with my health.

What a crazy morning I had all before 8 am and was scheduled for an EKG that I ended up being late for because I got "turned around" my fault for putting the wrong address in GPS. Nevertheless, Tina, who performed my EKG, was so kind, pleasant, and professional. All the stress I endured before arriving just seemed to drift away. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the person who booked my appointment as she was very kind as well. I can not comment on the physicians as I was only there for testing but if scheduling an EKG this is the place to do it.

While the staff was extremely nice, the doctor wasn't. While going to this practice to get to the bottom of my heart issues, the doctor continued to disregard my symptom's and condescendingly stated "if these things are really happening" ; If? Like I came there for attention or pretending to have symptom's that weren't real. Being as though I've been dealing with this pain for over 6months I KNOW, WHAT IM FEELING IS IN FACT REAL! Throughout my entire visit the doctor did nothing but demean me and belittle me by telling me it's all in my head. After feeling defeated and extremely upset, I drove myself home in tears from the tightness in my chest and th rude incounter I had with Dr.Treano..i was reluctant to list his name but no one, I mean no one who is in pain and tying to seek help for it should ever have to go through what I did..very dissatisfied with their office, and I will be seeking a second opinion and even a third if necessary!
