Wow am here and as usual the appointment is never on time long wait in the depressing waiting room ( bad lighting, no pics on the walls just drab) next I will go to the exam room and wait close to 30minutes there. Good side like the doctor; he takes his time to go over your chart. Plan at lease 2 hours per appointment or more.
Sat in waiting room for an hour for first visit. No one had the common decency to let me know how backed up they were. Dealing with a serious medical condition and now have to find another doctor. Completely unprofessional, patients have other commitments too, most of us actually make a point of keeping them, unlike this office. Wish there were 0 stars
Front office called me back after my 2nd call to tell me the nurse practitioner received my message and would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago! This isn't about a hang nail, my heart health is important! The NP stated on my visit last month, call me with any concerns. So I am, and what? NOTHING. Now searching for new cardiologist
I have been a patient there for 7 years and now searching for a new cardiologist. I have called 2 times...14 days between calls and the latest the front desk sent an email. Even though my call was non urgent at the time, a call back should have been done. A month later still no call back. I guess they are too busy to give patients care they deserve.
