HE has the true quality of a REAL doctor, and he truly cares about All of his patients !!! He recently saved my life when other doctors ignored what he found. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk girls on personal phones do not pay attention until they finish their texting entries. Others make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to them. No smiles. No welcome. No greetings. No thank you. From the patient/relative perspective, personnel is very dry, rough, NOT personable AT ALL. They keep cancelling/postponing appointments. HAVE NOT been able to see the actual cardiologist in 2 years, because they keep, AGAIN, RESCHEDULING. Called to confirm appt and I arrived before they would come back to the phone.

I would have given five stars if not for the paperwork and wait time. It took the staff an hour to get my paperwork entered into system. They should give patients option to do the paperwork online before appr. Otherwise the staff was very pleasant and friendly. I had my grandkids with me due to a last minute issue. The staff was helpful with them. Dr Quershi was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain and had excellent bedside manner. I was glad i was referred to him.
