Going by the reviews on here I almost canceled my appointment but I'm sooo happy I didn't. Idk if I just so happen to luck out but these women were amazing to me both pre op and post op. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. They were attentive, polite, informative, non judgemental, and kind every step of the way. You ladies rock! I'll be honest here, this is a moment where the staff was able to bring me happiness even though I was upset about something. I went in for a checkup and my SO had her own. There was a mixup with scheduling. When I spoke to the manager about this I was well received and though the issue was unfixable she offered me comfort when I explained my situation. Instead of apologizing she immediately started thinking about ways to help others in the future - which could be me again. These are the kind of people you want to work with when it comes to your health. On the staffing portion the nurses were personable and nice to speak with. I now feel comfortable coming here. Thank you
