Planned Parenthood - Waterbury Center

I can't thank this facility enough!! From the front desk staff, to the medical assistant and to the fabulous PA I had! Thank you girls so much for your expertise and making me feel so comfortable during my first pregnancy sonogram! The facility was spotless and the staff were amazing! Happy holidays

I love planned parenthood, I simply need my remaining two doses of penecilin, and not even St.Marys could get the severity of missing a dose, planned parenthood agrees to take action to find a solution. And not even your ordinary clinic or emergency room can. And they want to defund you guys! How dare anyone not support and utlilize PP as there save haven and go to for all things sexual health.

I loved this planned parenthood. They were informational. The staff was very sweet. I was super nervous & scared when I arrived. When I left I felt super safe and loved. Talked to me like we were just friends catching up instead of a customer/ appointment. Thank you guys!

I've been going to this planned parenthood for 10 years for everything from exams, problem visits, and birth control. People were always nice and I was comfortable. Now the doctor there gaslights u when it comes to uti symptoms which I do not appreciate. This was never a problem all the years I've been going there. The people in front desk and nurses are nice but doctor is the problem. Actual women's health care doesn't seem to be a priority here anymore.

All three staff memebers from the front counter to the med assistant to the doctor were very friendly. The place is immaculately clean. My annual took less than 30 minutes with paper work and I was even able to get a flu shot. Very convient! I'll be back next year!
