Cardiology Associates of Greater Waterbury

I'm not quite sure what to do. I've called several times to schedule my 6 month with Dr Nakhla. Nobody answers the phone! Nobody returns calls! The only reason I have 2 stars is because I think Dr Nakhla is great. Unfortunately, the ineptitude of this office is going to force me to go elsewhere. I can't imagine I'll ever see my test results.

Update: a year later we have an issue with mom. 10pm on a Friday night I called and left a message with the answering service. Literally 3 min later the Dr called. He was amazing. This group is fantastic. I am So happy my mom has them taking care of her! We have been working with this office for the last few months. The care and kindness we have received has been exemplary. The level of expertise and handling of my mothers heart issues has been wonderful. The staff is responsive knowledgeable and friendly. You always get a call back in a very timely manor. The doctors have cared for my mother and have kept her safe. No one wants to need a cardiologist or have bypass surgery. If you find yourself or a loved one in need of a skilled cardiologist with a good team of doctors and medical staff right through to the front desk. Look no further you have found them. I highly recommend this group.

I called this facility because they were top on the list. It is unfortunate how unprofessional they were, when front desk answered call all they said was "please hold" and had me on hold for 16 minutes! They did not advise me to continue holding or even apologize for having me on hold for so long. Y'all need to do better and get it together!

Pathetic service to say the least. Doctors will never get back to you after your results are ready. But they are well equipped to follow up on your pending payments nevertheless. Please refrain from visiting this place if you expect a proper medical service

I have been associated with this practice for about 8 years. I originally saw Dr. Borkowski b but he since retired. My file was transferred to Dr. Johnghar who has filled the roll as a cardiologist and I am honored to be associated with. The office staff has never been an issue and I never felt as if my needs weren't taken care of. I recommend this doctor and Cardiology Associates.
