The Nurse and doctor my husband sees are respectfully, helpful and patient. However I have HAD IT with the staff member who answers the phone or makes the calls for appointments. Every time she calls she gives me an attitude. I have signed the proper forms required to represent my husband. He himself has informed the office I am his conservator. We have made it clear my spouse has dementia. Whatever they may ask him may not be answered accurately because of his condition and whatever they may say to him may not be retained. This is why HE wants me to handle the calls and this one individual on the phone never respects this. Her tone of voice and impatience is belittling. Just today after once more reminding her I was his wife/conservator she spoke to me in exasperated haste. She wouldn't allow me to ask my questions. In mid sentence she hung up on me. Well if we are seen as such a nuisance by this office we do not have to return. I am now googling a new cardiology group. I can't take the abusiveness I received every time I'm on the phone with their front staff.

Called for an appointment and lady was very rude. She continued to cut me off mid sentence. I was very nice to her regardless. She then put me on hold and hung up a short while after. I've called this practice on three separate occasions and they've been very rude every time.

I can concur onthe rude person who takes calls. In the prior to covid, therudeness was consistent and intolerable and made my experience dreadfull because I shouldn't have to engage in a conflictual interaction when my health is of the MOST CONCERN!. Looking to move on as well!!

I scheduled an appointment a month in advanced then called to reschedule it and was told my appointment was never scheduled then after making the appointment I get a call saying my appointment was set for a day I never made the appointment on and the person on the phone was yelling and screaming at me about it when I tried to explain
