I have been seeing Dr. Cynthia Gentes, MD at Northeast Medical Group for my annual physicals for over 10 years, and she is truly exceptional. Dr. Gentes is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. She always takes the time to listen, explain, and guide me through every aspect of my health with patience and compassion. Her dedication to her patients is evident in every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Gentes to anyone seeking a primary care physician who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.

Dr. Lawlor was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Her nurse was also great. The heavy set receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I overheard her using a derogatory name when I walked away from the desk despite expressing my gratitude. She is a woman of color so you would think she would know better. I tried speaking to the office manager who was not in the office. Her "assistant" spoke to me who proceeded to make excuses for the rude receptionist. The excuse given was "she was on a personal call it was not directed towards you". So even worse you allow your employees to use derogatory language while working still unprofessional. I will be calling back to speak to the office manager and will contact patient relations. I returned to this office to re-establish care after my amazing PCP Dr. Kocinsky left this corporate medical practice. I notice that the original partners and staff members have been replaced . The physician was great but that front staff is horrid. As you can see it is a common issue others have experienced as well.

My name is Robin Scermino, and my PCP, Virginia Cody, MD has moved to this Internal Medicine Group and I followed her because I think she is an amazing Doctor. I have been with her for a few years now and find her to be knowledgeable, professional, caring and extremely compassionate. She is very thorough, has a wonderful personality, makes you feel very comfortable as a patient. Dr. Cody is exactly what I look for in a Doctor and am very happy I found her years ago. I have recommended both friends and family to her and they are happy with her as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office lacks integrity. You can never get in to see the doctor when you're sick and they expect you to wait a week. When you complain about the lack of available appointments for sick patients, one miraculously becomes available. Zero integrity or care of their patients.

I recently switched my primary care doctor to this location and I've only been seen once Dr. Vidhya Roa, which was very friendly. I mainly switched over because our home is fairly close to this location. I've tried scheduling an appointment for a physical a couple times and they don't seem very flexible and actually whoever answers the phone is very rude and sounds so miserable, maybe she should reconsider getting another job that perhaps doesn't require her speak to people. With that being said I will be looking for another primary care doctor, even if I have to drive a little further.
