Tammy Gendron, PA-C

I experienced probably the worst damage I have ever done to my body in my 62 years on this earth. Long story short I broke 8 ribs and other assorted injuries. I was in the trauma unit 3 days and a step down for 5 days. When I was released I had to go see my regular provider in like 5 days. My regular provider is out on medical leave for a few months so I had to see another in the practice. This is where Tammy comes in. I know for one that I was basically not planned for during her busy day of people with appointments. She was kind and very compassionate for me and my condition. She listened to what I had to say and asked the right questions. She probably spent more time with me than she had but never rushed through anything. My next communication with her was about dealing with my pain and such after she got through all the things and reports from my hospital stay. Things were getting over my head and I asked her to call my wife who has been a nurse and now administrator at the hospital. She gladly waited a few mins to call her while I called her to be sure she had time to talk. Together they worked out a treatment plan for me and i believe it's a good course to be on. I'm writing this waiting for a call about the Ct scan I am getting. Tammy has been awesome and I look forward to seeing her when the results are in.

I am from out of state and found Tammy Gendron through my insurance. She came highly recommended and she was wonderful. Tammy has a friendly demeanor and is very professional in her questions and exam. She diagnosed my issue and helped me with medication. I felt so much better when I left the office and was fine after taking the prescribed meds. Thank you Tammy.

The office staff was very accommodating and helpful. Tammy was very pleasant and helpful and answered all our questions. My sister likes her and feels very comfortable with her and she will be her new primary here in CT.

I went to Hartford Hospital for an outpatient test. The parking and admission process went well, and I was given clear directions from admission to the test location. I arrived on time for the first test of the day, and waited a few minutes as some preparations were made. The nurse and specialist who administered the test did what I expected in a the best ways I could hope for. I was back on the road home in about one hour. Hard to beat that service.

I love going to see Tammy. I feel like I can speak with her about anything and she is very through. I'm glad to have her as my new doctor
