The actual doctor service is great, but multiple times the person I bring to appointments has had to wait over an hour for a basic med check-in and shots. This is highly inconvenient for both the driver and the patient, both of which are college students with tight schedules as it is. The doctors should not be running over 40 minutes late every appointment, or should schedule better if this is going to be a reoccurring and consistent issue.

I'm updating my review because my family has recently had much better luck with this office. We have been able to get in for appointments when needed. They seem to have sorted out their scheduling issues. And with that taken care of, it is worth it because I really like seeing Dr. Maduka. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My previous review said: Dr. Maduka is great, but in general this office is no longer worth going to. They changed their system over the past couple years and it is impossible to get timely appointments anymore. Both my husband and I have had the same experience and the person they have "gate-keeping" (I think she is a physicians assistant) is very rude and unhelpful. It is always several weeks wait whether for routine or sick visit. I just called and it was recommended I go to urgent care even though they are open because they wouldn't be able to see me for 2 weeks.

No primary physicians, waitlist till October, this is a struggling facility right now.

I had been having very bad luck with PCPs until I was assigned to Tammy Gendron. She is easy to talk to,actually listens to you and shows actual concern. Best provider I have ever had with them,and I have been going to them for a long time. I would have gone to another medical group if it was not for her. If you need a PCP ask for her.

You can even see her when you're sick. What good is that?
