Sharing my experience today. I arrived at the clinic at 11:15 AM for my 11:30 AM appointment and had already completed the check-in process online. However, no one informed me that I still needed to check in again at the reception desk.-redundant. There were only two of us in the spacious waiting area, and no staff approached us to check if we needed assistance. While waiting, I could hear staff discussing personal, non-work-related matters, which made the lack of attention to patients even more frustrating. I waited patiently. As a result, I was left unsure of the next steps to which they could have included on their text message requesting for an e-check in and as result i had to reschedule my appointment. I truly appreciate how caring and accommodating the doctors and providers are -- I would love to remain under their care. However, I hope the reception and scheduling team can improve their communication and professionalism, so the overall experience better reflects the high standard of care provided by the medical team.
