I am grateful for the exceptional care, support and compassion not only from Dr. Patel but also his entire staff. No matter if it was a routine visit or many times a concerning matter, the level of your expertise, concern, and follow through is commendable. I always feel my well-being is the main focus and everyone there explains things in a way I can understand, so I can be part of my ongoing healthcare and needs. Dr. Patel and his "angels" (that's what I call them), give me so much kindness through difficult times and make those times more bearable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patels for over two decades, and I feel he has literally saved my life more than once. He is thorough, he listens, he is caring, etc, whether in office or telemed.No matter what, he's always available. His staff has also always been wonderful, and I highly recommend!

Not only is Dr. Patel and Janna, the APRN, the best but they go over and above to diagnose any and all issues you may have. The staff is superb and highly trained. Unlike most offices these days, if you are sick and a patient of theirs, they always fit you into the schedule immediately. My husband and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He also took care of my mom until recently and he never missed a thing with her. She was 97 when she passed

Dr. Patel is amazing, I'm so happy to have found him years ago. From Day 1, I have felt truly cared for and looked after. I know my health is in good hands with him. He genuinely listens to my concerns, never ever makes me feel rushed and always evaluates my situation thoroughly. He really is a wonderful doctor and person. His staff is incredible as well - very friendly and kind. I can't recommend them enough honestly - this is the place to go.

Have been going to this doctor for years before! The welcoming staff is not so welcoming anymore!! Even since visits before they tried to schedule more visits then needed to get more money out of you. This time it was an emergency appointment. They tried to argue that they called me to remind me of my appoint 10 min before my appoint and then turned it into that was my curtesy call because they didn't see me there yet. That this was their policy. Failed to say anything that they didn't accept my new insurance or even asked if I had new insurance when I made the appointment. Seem to be more concerned with scheduling appointments and taking your money than actually caring for what the patient needs. Then they couldn't see me at all. Because I was out of my window frame (10 minutes total by the time I got it all figured out). Completely careless that I was there with two little ones and did my best to get there on time! Ended up going to a walk in clinic and will be looking for a new primary care provider.
