NEVER GO HERE! Staff has complete disregard for your time. As a new patient I was left sitting for over 45 minutes. I went to the window to ask how much longer and was told 20 more minutes. They did not have the decency or professionalism to let me know that. Got my refund and would not recommend this place to anyone. Also when I called in and requested a doctor - I was told not to book with her because she is too busy and instead to book with the PA.

I have been a patient at Primary Care Old Lyme for twenty years, used to love the personal service. In those years I have only called in for illness a handful of times- since HHC took over service has gone downhill- I have had my wellness appointments canceled/changed numerous times- today, when feeling poorly enough to call in and ask to see a doctor, I was told I couldn't be fit in until tomorrow afternoon. What's the point if I am sick today! They did say I could drive to their New London care site- even though I am experiencing vertigo. What's the point of having a primary care doctor if you can't see them when needed?! Called in to HHC to voice my frustration- automated message said it would be reviewed tomorrow; email contact form on website doesn't work. HHC- too big, doesn't care about individual patients.

The best doctors around they always fit me in the same day and the wait is never long! Very Friendly and professional I would recommend this place a thousand times!!!!
