My wife and I recently visited Nuvance Health Cross Street for a consultation, where our doctor recommended several tests. We were directed to the Nuvance Hospital lab in Norwalk for these tests, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at the lab, we were met with confusion as there was no information regarding our tests. The lab attendant was helpful and suggested that we call the office to have our test orders faxed over. However, when we reached out to the office, we did not receive a positive response. The lack of communication and coordination between the office and the lab was frustrating and left us feeling anxious about our health needs. Overall, while the initial consultation was fine, the follow-up process at the lab was disappointing. I hope that Nuvance Health can improve their communication and ensure that patients receive the timely care they need.
