Dr. Patrick Thompson is a skilled surgeon with wonderful bedside manner. I came to know him when he operated on friend of mine who had a severe vascular problem. If it had not been for his care and dedication to his patients I am sure she would not be doing as well as she is today. Because of Dr. Thompson, Joan will soon regain the use of her foot. Dr. Thompson is a young, energetic doctor who exhibits a caring and concerned bedside manner and listens, yes, listens to the patient empathetically. He keeps up to date with the latest and cutting edge wound care techniques and explains their benefits, as well as their risks, thoroughly to the patient. He saved my leg after a traumatic injury and I owe him "big time" for that! To ease my mind during visits we talked music, art and family stories which he shared in understood confidence with myself and my significant partner, which we both found quite lacking in the medical field. VERY IMPORTANT READ: Dr. Thompson literally saved my life! He is a true professional that is extremely thorough at what he does. He leaves no stone unturned and turned over a few stones that no other doctor could figure out to do. Because of him I'm alive today and assured life for many more years to come. To me Dr Thompson is a pure genius at what he does. After a year or more of numerous different doctors and attempts to figure out my health issues it took Dr.Thompson one visit to diagnose a deadly vascular condition I was living with. He immediately came up with a plan of action to keep me alive and alive without potential high risk stroke or heart attack. I can not be more thankful to him for saving my life.
