Starling Physicians: Dr.Gilbert Ching, MD

My appointment with Dr. Ching was bittersweet in that I learned it would be my last because he had decided to leave the profession for personal reasons. What a loss for quality health care. He has been the epitome of a terrific cardiologist and healer, very empathetic, proficient, attentive. My visit was super-efficient, beginning with nurse Candace taking my ekg, and then Dr. Ching going over my recent history, checking my vitals and confirming that my ticker is in tip-top shape. You couldn't ask for more.

Very professional and quick but most of all, friendly. Had a few last laughs with my Doctor who is leaving in or around 6 months but he made sure that I have another Doctor in the same office.I've never had any problems with him. Thank you

Dr. Ching Is a very professional, personable and communicative physician. I am very sorry to see him leaving this profession. I wish him the very best!

I was scheduled with Dr Ching for a pre op appointment because Dr Mansoor was not available. At one point during my appointment I felt like he was yelling at me asking if I was able to go through hip surgery. It was quite off putting and exactly what I didn't need when most people recognize that even routine surgery could be a stressful event.

I am sorry to hear Dr Ching is leaving. I haven't been his patient very long but I felt very comfortable talking to him and he seemed to be very caring.
