I absolutely LOVE my Dr. KATSETOS he's the mos humanly and kind human being I've ever met in my whole life. My issue with the office staff it's that when they issue an appointment either they mess the time or or they refuse to help you as a patient and that it's very upsetting. Besides that I WOULD NEVER CHANGE MY DOCTOR OR GISSELE THEY ARE THE BEST EVER...

The doctor is very nice and takes the time to explain your health record but, be prepared to WAIT along time once you are in the waiting room. Also, I found this year, there seems to be multiple cancellations made by his office and if you don't take what's given to you last minute by office staff, you won't get another appointment for a month. Book 1:15 if you don't want to wait!
