I wish I could give 10 stars. I've been going here for over 10 years now (in just into my 30s) and I absolutely love this practice. From the doctors (Dr. St Pierre is easily the best doctor of any specialty I've ever seen), to the nurses, to the receptionists- everyone here is not only great at their jobs, but also so kind. Couldn't recommend more!

They have called to let us know that the appointment was canceled because the doctor was not available. That is understandable. But any time I call back to get a new appointment time, after waiting for about 7-10 minutes to get to a live person, the representative would put me on hold without telling me that and then another 10 minutes waiting when a phone would ring 5-7 times and then the call gets disconnected. I has happened already 6 times and still no new appointment time. Sometimes I'm lucky to get to someone's voice mail but no one calls back. Any suggestions how to reschedule an appointment that you have canceled would be greatly appreciated.

Do not recommend it at all.

This place is a joke , took my mom for her appointment at 11:15 got here a little early , got called in at almost 12:00 pm the medical assistant or whoever she was called her name but before she called her name , she went and looked to see how many patients were in the waiting room , there wasn't anyone else , she then ask my mom to confirm dob my mom didn't hear her because she was already all the way down the hall way , snapping her fingers saying cmon ,cmon hurry up , in which she thought wasn't heard .

If you have Dr. Malkin for a heart doctor I suggest you switch to a different doctor. They will cancel your appointment often the day before your actual appointment to reschedule and when you do reschedule, they will cancel that one too. This happened 3 times in a row so far with each appointment rescheduled being cancelled and when they cancelled a second time they claimed they called the numbers given to them (which they did not.) And basically wasted my time.If you want to waste your time having various appointments made due to them cancelling the old appointments and rescheduling the new ones only to have those cancelled too then feel free to stick with this doctor otherwise there is no point in going to him and I would recommend finding a new cardiologist. The secretary of Lexington Cardiology who answered the phone was also rude when you tried to make an appointment with alternate cardiologists to see if they would be able to take you over some doctor whom constantly cancels. Again, if you want to waste your time with this doctor and deal with rude secretaries then feel free to make an appointment here otherwise you are vetter off elsewhere thst will probably yield better results.
