I really like Dr. Winkler and his assistant. I felt well cared for and understood the conversation. From setting an appointment, checking in and checking out, everyone was kind. Thank you.

Dr. Winkler was very nice. However his office staff is terrible. I had my first appointment and at that time it was determined I would have 3 tests done at the office. I scheduled them and the day before the first one they called me and told me the insurance was denied. They also cancelled my 2 other tests. I spent weeks going back and forth on the phone with the insurance company and the doctors office. Finally found out the doctors office put it through the WRONG INSURANCE. The lady at the insurance company talked to them and got it straightened out. I waited about a week for them to contact me. Nothing. I called them and asked if I was going to get a new date for the tests I needed. The lady who answered the phone said you are not getting any tests your insurance denied it. I said to her you put it through the wrong insurance. The next thing I was hung up on. I wasted 3 days off and hours on the phone with the office and the insurance company. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this office until some changes are made.

If you have an appointment at a certan time, the doctor sees you at that time. You don't have to wait an hour in the waiting room. Dr. Winkler actually speaks to you as a patient. How nice.

Was very compassionate. Listened to my concerns, shared and explained different options. I would highly recommend Dr. Winkler.

Had a great experience with Dr. Winkler. He answered all my questions and I am very satisfied with him.
