My experience there was terrible. It showed me that I needed to stay in my own neck of the woods, if you know what I mean!! When I was referred there i didn't know i wouldn't be seeing a doctor. Sandy Zhang (APRN) who i had to end up seeing and the folks at the front desk made me feel very UNCOMFORTABLE every time i went to a appointment or called on the phone. I made a appointment elsewhere and had to wait about 3 months for my first appointment to see a doctor. I am pleased with my new doctor, Dr Alegre Gemstonn ( Hartford Healthcare) already, and he is in my neck of the woods!!!

The reception is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Major attitude issues and complete lack of compassion. Awful practice. There is blatant disregard for patient well being. Please save yourself the frustration and health and choose a different practice . There have been several situations that should have been handled very differently . This practice has left us feeling uncared for , angry, frustrated, and hopeless. I hope major changes take place for the sake of patients that trust the care at this office.

Unprofessional, rude, and zero compassion. My daughter in law has waited months to get in to see Dr. Petrowski, she went in for her appt today at 9 and was told by staff that her appt was at 8, she said there had to be a mistake since her schedule would not have allowed her to make an appt for 8am to begin with. The staff was extremely rude to her, used profane language, and told her that since she missed her appointment , she would have to go elsewhere for medical treatment. She has a serious medical condition and cannot wait months for another appointment with another doctor. I was shocked by the behavior of the staff and would strongly encourage people to look elsewhere.

You book online for an appointment. If you arrive 15mins early, you have to wait until 6mins before you can check in online. Super quick and efficient service. Seen within 5mins. Friendly service by the specialist. There's outdoor parking. Next to McQuades. They do accept walk-ins too.
