When the provider comes in the and his scrubs are wrinkled to death like he just snatched them outta the dryer that were dried the week previous... best believe you are going to get good care, lol. Take the time to read this !! This urgent care establishment has become my second care team since finding out about my auto immune deficiency and staff here as always been so kind and understanding to me.I've come here more times than I can count within the last two to three years, imagine my surprise when I walked in today and encountered the PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN screaming at her staff about a x-ray request through something called EPIC. I minded my business scrolled away on my phone. This apparently caught the attention of the PCP and she raised her voice at me to put in headphones!!! I told her she can ask in an appropriate way , which made her even more angrier I canceled my appointment and walked out after her taunting about her being the only doctor there today. I called back for her name and staff told me I couldn't get it without an appointment which is almost comical considering I just had my name called before this conversation. The name of the PCP is also always present on the board!She was a white lady with blue and glasses. If this location would love to lose their patients here's the way how! Completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a work place.nobody not patients , or staff deserved to be yelled at or treated less than!

The front desk staff were very good. When I checked in, I was the only patient facility. I waited in the room with the door closed for 35 minutes. I know they were not busy as I could hear the staff chatting about lunch and other personal stuff. I had to open the door and politely asked: can you tell me when someone will see me? One of the four women employees said I will be there. Then she came in, I asked why the delay? She said: well, we are short staffed and I am the only attending APRN here, if you cannot wait, then go to the emergency room. That was very unprofessional.. I had to leave immediately. I opened in incident report. No one got back me to until now" 4 days later. My children are healthcare professionals "doctors" out of state. They never treat their patients with this type of unprofessionalism. These medical outlets supposed to be an answer to urgent care, but this description does not apply to this location. Management should address the lack of staffing and educate employees on how to treat patients.
