They are very unorganized and do not respect the patient's time. Find a different practice. It's extremely frustrating to deal with them. You may have to wait weeks or even months to be seen. They show very little regard for other people's time.

This practice is not well run at all and the doctors are irresponsible. I have been trying to get a simple order for a sleep study and it's taking more than 6 months to actually get in to see the doctor. I've given up by now and will wait to go somewhere else. Luckily I booked a second place in advance because of my issues with this practice. I had an appointment in the early morning a couple months ago, there were 10 people in the wait room and the wait time would have been about an hour past my appointment. They are trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible regardless of the time it takes to see those patients, this is disrespectful and irresponsible. This is likely to increase profit. The patients are stuck waiting because they have either heart or sleep apnea problems. I then had another appointment scheduled more than a month in advance. I got a call that the doctor will be out of the office at my scheduled time and I'll need to reschedule (likely another month or 2 down the road). The doctor knows that there's an appointment at this time and regardless decides to double book or take a vacation. This is also incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful. It's also unprofessional, if you're going out of office or have a conflict and have a patient appointment then it'd be proper to get someone to cover for you. If you're considering this practice then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you go here the wait room will be full, you'll be seen long after your scheduled appointment, and your appointment itself may be cancelled causing you to wait months. This place is managed extremely poorly. Use the Hartford healthcare network instead, they know what they're doing and you'll be seem promptly.

Came here for sleep apnea diagnosis. Of all appointments I had, he never closed the door to the exam room once. He was always communicating with nurses through the open door, while I was looking directly at him as I talked about my medical condition relating to my dozing from the sleep apnea. He never took me seriously or actively listened to anything I said. I also had the misfortune of being at one appointment early and was brought to my exam room to wait. The doctor was with his previous patient later than expected and I got to hear (it was too loud to ignore it) to another patient's personal medical anecdotes with so many personal details, it was hard to listen to knowing someone expects that stuff to remain between them and their doctor. I couldn't share that type of stuff during the open door appointments for that exact reason. I did not ever feel taken care of. For the record, their sleep lab on main st is awesome and all the techs there were great. But let's be clear, this place is in the business of pumping people in and out for profit. I tried to get them to fill out FMLA paperwork for work and they acted confused and like every single form of paperwork required a separate appointment. Never got my CPAP machine because they went with a 1 star DME supplier that can't keep track of anyone's information. The worst part is... most of the patients in the waiting room, because it's a cardiologist's office, are much more elderly, vulnerable people than a 27 year old (at the time). I hope they get the care they need and don't go through what I did. I went back and forth on whether to post this for a long time but because it's health... if you don't uphold your oath, you need to be held accountable for it. EDIT: Staff was great besides the doctor for the most part. Never had any issues with anyone else there.

Edit: I've sent emails and left further voicemails and still have yet to get anything back. Im literally trying to give you guys money. I doubt my Primary Care will ever see those documents at this point either. Communication here is abysmal, and service is equivalent to that of a drive-through. If you also want to get billed $125 for a 2 minute phone conversation and no option for any further follow-up information other than another full visit then this is it. You want the time of day? Come back and pay us. In addition, after confirming my primary care physicians information 3 times they sent my results to a different doctor completely. Tried for days to get the results over to my doctor. If i was able to even know the info to my conditions from these people, I'll probably be questioning their conclusions.

★★★★★

I have been a patient of Dr. Narla for 7 years. He has been a wonderful doctor, very thorough, compassionate, and listens to my concerns. I find everyone working in the office as being quite professional and friendly as well. I'm very pleased to be in their care.
