Do to my own stupidity, after going to 3 different places, I arrived 25 minutes late for my echocardiogram. They worked really hard to try and get me in if I could wait for awhile. They couldn't have been more accommodating as they are booked weeks in advance.
The practice appears to have three locations with only one contact phone number. The medical service is great but it's impossible to get through after receiving a call advising me to contact them for test results. Spent half an hour three times listening to the recorded loop. Never got through.
The girl who took me in was a with her fake fingernails tapping on the counter the whole time was a bad start. Attitude and abruptness that was unprofessional.
Trying for 2 days to return a phone call about results of a test. Impossible to dial the person's extention. Very bad system.
On-time appointments. Never felt rushed, answered questions honestly. Scheduling easy to work with.
