This hero saved my daughter's life. He was kind and patient, explaining all the decisions and options. He even came in on his day off to check up on her. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Ingrassia and the entire staff at Hartford Hospital.

Dr Ingrassia initiated the phone call on time, and while this was my first time with him, he knew my health history. His explanations of the ultrasound results clear and reassuring. He explained that if problems arise with stents, they tend to be more frequent in the earlier years and not after the period of time I've had it. Subsequently he offered to put on his calendar a note to put me in for a follow up test three years from now. Nice touch!

My interview with Dr. Ingrassia was extremely insightful, helpful and to the point. Dr Ingrassia was well informed regarding my medical history. He asked me a few pertinent questions and then proceeded to explain my medical circumstance in a very straight forward manner. This allowed me an opportunity to better comprehend my physical issues which helped me make better (informed) decisions about my malady and what I should do to help myself. I should also express my deep appreciation to Dr. James, my PCP, for recommending Dr. Ingrassia to me.

Dr Ingrassia was absolutely pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He is compassionate, listens and explains everything so I understand what he was talking about.

I found Dr. Ingrassia to be knowledgeable, likeable, and straightforward. It was my first visit with him, but he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly. The only complaint I have is with the booking staff. It was extremely difficult to get through to the office to plan a visit. I had to call the office 5 separate times just to speak with someone.
