Dr. DeSimone was my husband's cardiac surgeon. My husband had multiple bypasses. Today was his 3 month anniversary post surgery. 2 weeks ago we took a vacation out West and were hiking at 6-8,000 ft. Elevation. What a quick and total recovery! We are both very appreciative of the care of Dr. DeSimone and his staff, who were attentative, highly skilled and explained things every step of the way. Dr. DeSimone was my brother-in-law's surgeon. To say I was impressed is an understatement. He took extreme care throughout Matt's open heart surgery, to give him the best chance at a long life. The incision is healing beautifully and is very unobtrusive, considering what was done.
