Doctor was on time. Listened patiently to my detailed talk. Explained thoroughly what he was doing to adjust my pacemaker/defibrillator. Even had me lay down to be sure the adjustments hadn't created any new jumps, and they hadn't. Leave there feeling very satisfied.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Dell'Orfano and staff. I don't typically say this about a doctors visit, but it was wonderful. I have never had a doctor and staff spend so much time reviewing my medical records, explaining the diagnosis and providing treatment options in a thorough and thoughtful manner. Dr. D'O seems like a genuinely amiable person and even has a surprising sense of humor. My only complaint is that the parking situation at the 1000 Asylum Street location is pretty bad, but I was told that there is a new parking garage that should be in place in about a year.

Dr. Dell'Orfano's picture should be used for all 'great doctor' reference material. His tact, approach to explaining complex concepts, and overall 'bedside manner' should be taught in Med School. And beyond that, his proficiency as an EP is excellent. He successfully ablated my SVT and has been working with me on PAC/PVC issues for years. I can't imagine navigating this very scary condition with any other doctor. Thank you, Dr. D.

Dr. Dell'Orfano is very personable and very knowledgeable. He takes his time and discusses options for your care if more than one choice is available. His staff is professional and efficient. I recommend him without any reservation. An excellent physician.

Dr. Dell'Orfano is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and accredited Doctor of Electrophysiology. I've known him as my surgeon and physician for almost 20 years. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing Cardiac services!
