The office is so cozy, was attended right away. The office manager was very polite , professional and of course multi tasking.... waiting was not long at all. The Doctor who attended to my immediate request was very respectful caring and helpful as well as friendly and supportive of my health concerns. I will be returning in a year. Wonderful Service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for anyone with Medicaid or African American especially. I have been waiting a week for labs " they forgot to send" they don't know their head from their bottoms especially the lady at the front desk" she needs a new job" it appears she hates that one. She got upset because I wouldn't let her draw from a sore and used vein. She never even tried any other places. She got in but the blood was moving to slow for her. She pulled it out and just threw the tube out. She appeared to not be in a good mood from the time I arrived. I told the doctor I was disappointed and would be leaving a review, she just said " she so sorry" not what can we do, would you like to talk to the manager. I'm sure if I wasn't African American or on medacaid I would have gotten better treatment. As I was leaving there was another patient leaving with a similar experience as I. We both stated we would never go back. I'm sure many feel this way. That's why it's always fast, no one is hardly ever there and they are fast but they are not therall, efficient and the quality of care is not good at all. They could also try giving the place a cleaning the walls, doors, pictures hanging up and all looks as it has never been cleaned, the place also has an odor. This all shows it's not urgent CARE. They don't care! You can thank me later!

The receptionists was sour but average and did her job adequately. The visit went quickly and ai saw the provider soon after I arrived and was put in the exam room. The provider was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, was thorough and appropriate in addressing my problem, and sensitive to my needs. Overall, and very good experience.
Best urgent care I've ever been to in my life. Been to many practices across many states and wow never have I received such speedy and thoughtful advice and treatment. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with all questions answered thoroughly.
