Update: I made the choice not to continue care and a shortly after my original review was posted they sent a letter terminating care. Retaliation instead of improvement is just further proving they are a horrible office. Avoid at all costs.
Original: Dr Thompson is like speed dating for dermatology and not in a good way. I've gone twice, years apart, for a consult on a cyst. Both experiences were the same and I won't be going back. Rapid fire Q&A followed by no actual care and a rushed visit. I'm curious if he bills for a 15 min office visit for all these hyper-fast appointments that take less than 2 minutes in and out. I spent more time in the waiting room. He doesn't seem to care AT all about the patient. It's almost textbook money machine style doctor care and it's amazing they can stay in business with that guy ruining everyone's experience over and over.

She has a wonderful bedside manner (which is a breath of fresh air), is very knowledgeable about skin conditions and is quick but thorough. She makes her patients feel heard and very comfortable, answers all questions and educates throughout the visit. I am so glad to have found her for my dermatological needs! A+++

Can't praise Christopher Thompson enough. After seeing so many doctors for my eye he knew the first appt. it was eczema and prescribed the correct medicine, haven't had any issues since. My son started seeing him and each time knew immediately his diagnosis and proper care. Chris is one of the best dermo in this area!!

Natalia was very informative. The biggest issue is their billing practices.They asked for my license & insurance card for identification purposes.I paid cash for a cosmetic consultation. I asked about a face cream & the assistant quickly mentioned they can send a prescription to my pharmacy. They did not mention if I agreed to a prescription they would double dip & submit another consultation fee to my insurance company without my permission. To top it all off I was sent a bill for a copay. I called my insurance company & they never heard of that. My insurance company called them & sure enough that's how they scam people. They found if you agree to a prescription they can double dip & get paid twice for one consultation. It's disgusting what people would do for money. Honesty goes a long way. I do not recommend.
