Michael Chen, MD

I met Dr Chen while hospitalized for an emergency a couple years ago at YNHH Greenwich. He tried all least -invasive measures and finally resorted to need to implant a defibrillator a year ago. Huge improvement! It is such a pleasure to be with him and his clinical staff between visits. I feel so well cared for. My husband attends all visits with me and agrees we can trust Dr Chen's judgment.

This dr. should have learnt to be a decent human being first before taking a hippocratic oath. During my beloved grand mother's stay (who suffered from CHF) over at Greenwich hospital, he never communicated or even cared to put a stethoscope to see how much pain and discomfort she was in during her frequent hospitalization. When she passed away and the other drs and ER nurses were trying to resuscitate her, he came over and had an audacity to question my decision to get her resuscitated as he thought she was on a DNR. Billions of dollars are spent on medical treatments in this country but sadly doctors like him DO NOT CARE. Our beloved family members are just a number to them.
