I have never had a more frustrating experience with a practice. Sure the doctors are good but navigating the front office is IMPOSSIBLE. They are consistently rude, unhelpful, unresponsive... and the list goes on. And this isn't a one time ordeal, this is an every time you need anything - change in schedule, test results, Dr. follow up question. If they require patients to sign a document to be respectful, maybe they should consider that for their front of house, administrative and support staff?!
