Today, my 82-year-old mother arrived at your Glastonbury office for her scheduled 12:00 p.m. appointment -- the second portion of her stress test -- only to be told it had been canceled. We received no phone call, no message, and no courtesy notification whatsoever.
This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for an elderly patient who prepared for this important test and made the trip expecting to be seen. The oversight caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope your office takes immediate steps to improve communication and ensure that patients, particularly seniors, are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.

Dr. Roth is a nice guy who seems competent and I was his patient. The support staff, however, seems indifferent at best. Trying to make a routine follow-up appointent after open heart surgery (which this practice knew about) and a second hospitalization for atrial fibulation, I was shunted to a voice mail directing me to leave a message and told I'd be contacted within 24 hours. Four days later they left me a voicemail telling me that I was scheduled for an appointment on a certain day and time without talking to me to see if I could make it. Worse, this was the second time this happened, except the first time they never even called me back. Maybe they just have too many patients. I just found another cardiologist whose staff actually talked to me and seemed to take an interest. Good luck to you.
