I work in healthcare, so I understand the fact that if someone is late to an appointment, it's usually tough to accommodate them. But when someone is there seven minutes after their appointment time due to travel issues from the storm that recently occurred in Oxford, and the fact that the email I received did not tell me exactly where to go in Griffin hospital...AND The fact that the receptionist said as long as it's within 15 minutes after my appointment time that they could still take me... they turned me away after being there way before that 15 minute interval. If I actually had regular insurance instead of state insurance, I bet this situation would've been handled differently. Unacceptable from a healthcare office.
