Worst experience ever, never felt more disrespected. I showed up at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment as requested. Sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room, with no explanation, the intake staff were nice and efficient. Nurse brought me in at 10 am took my vitals and ekg and then I sat until 10:40 am even though I stated I had a 11am meeting I needed to attend . At 10:39 am I advised the nurse I needed to leave. Never saw the doctor at all. Then I got a text that I missed my appointment and to reschedule. Seriously scary, did you not know I was there?, I paid you a copay . No call to apologize and talk about my ekg?? My father is the chairman of pediatric , know how this works and this is not it! Stay away no matter the glowing reviews which my primary alluded. Not impressed. I Will find someone else with respect for my time and my care. Update. Insurance was charged in addition to the copay of $1100 and I have yet to hear anything from this office. If you were looking to improve like you note below then you would have called me and not yet again waste my time asking me to call your office.
