4days home from a Cardiac Ablation performed by Dr Taino. Pre-Op staff was fantastic, thank you Keith, Mike and one other chap. They started the IV's and put me ease with their dialog with me and the various questions I had, this being my first hospital experience. Must have been 12-15 staff in operating room all for me to undertake the procedure. I woke up 3 hours later in recovery and felt fine. Would highly recommend this crew. I now have a normal rhythm and a better quality of life.
I would not recommend this cardiology office to anyone. First thing they made me do was sign a form saying that I agreed to be charged above market rates for the services they provided because they were associated with St. Vincent's Hospital. I waited a considerable amount of time to see the doctor despite being on time for the my appointment, and when I did speak to the doctor they were uninterested in giving me any advice concerning how to live a healthier life for my heart. Now practice is refusing to send me my records unless I go there in person. Good luck if you are a patient here!
Brought my mom for 4-hour tests. Great staff but need TVs in the waiting rooms!! It will help distract those that are nervous and the family waiting with them!
