Moulin Chokshi, MD

I have seen Dr Chokshi a total of three times and at each visit he has been extremely professional and thorough in his exams and assessments. Most importantly his listens to my concerns and offers his opinions and my options. At my recent visit he said he would speak with my other cardiologist. He followed through with that and I am scheduled for another test. I would highly recommend him and the PA, Angelina. The staff there is also exceptional.

I have found Dr Chokshi and his entire staff to be very professional helpful and caring. They are always on time and willing to listen and answer all questions. Dr Chokshi at all visits and his staff always spend as much time as needed to evaluate me and answer questions. I have never felt rushed or not listened to. I could not be any more pleased or happier with this office.

Dr. Moulin was very kind, caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions and made sure that I was aware of all treatment that was available. Definitely did not feel rushed. Very personable.

I couldn't be more happier having Dr. Moulin Chokski as my Cardiac Electrophyiologist. He is a gentle loving professional doctor and makes you comfortable. He explained clearly every question I had regarding my situation. Angelina AVRN was wonderful for pre and after procedure ensuring any last questions or concerns I had. I had SVT Ablation procedure that fixed my heart problem. I am so grateful to Dr Chokski and his operating staff was wonderful. Now I can enjoy life a lot better. I would highly recommend Dr Chokski.

Staff was very polite, pleasant and efficient. Waiting was short, relationship between staff members were in good spirits. Office, waiting room and exam room were clean and comfortable. Dr. Chokshi is a gentle, caring professional man and explained every phase regarding my situation thoroughly and made sure I understood his explanations and asked if I had any other questions. I left feeling, educated, cared for and very comfortable with what I learned and the decision reached.
