Thank you to all of the professionals that work here. Nothing but above care starting with the front desk. They are polite,professional and courteous. Maria and her tech Sebastian are great they watched over me and made sure that I understood what the procedure is and what to expect as far as side effects. They also worked with me making sure that I was positioned so that they could get the x-rays just right for the doctor. This was a challenge due to shoulder surgery and the limits of my shoulder and arm movement. Everybody that works there has the work ethic that it is all about patient care. Keep up the good work.

Go anywhere else if you can. Every time you call you're kicked over to a call center and can't get into direct contact with anyone at the facility, which is absurd when dealing with heart issues or heart medication issues. I had to call multiple times to get the results of a monitor test. The doctor seemed super rushed during the appointment. The front desk staff is rude, and in one occasion I just stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me. Overall, the experience made me feel more like a paycheck for them than someone that needed help or care.

Absolutely try to see any other cardiologist office in Denver! The biggest problem with this office is that you can't speak to anyone actually working there. They use an answering service in India, and there is no portal or email address to contact the office directly. Your only option is to leave a message with the answering service, which supposedly forwards it, but you can wait day, and often the messages are never answered. When you go in for an appointment, the office/front desk staff are completely unprofessional. They were flirting with medical personnel, making comments about how they don't like talking to patients on the phone, and even joking about dying kids in Gaza. On top of that, I needed a heart monitor, but their systems and processes were so disorganized that I was told three separate times it would arrive in the mail, and it never did. The doctor was amazing, but absolutely not worth dealing with the rest of the chaos.

Conveniently located inside St. Anthony's North hospital, 2nd floor. Receptionist was very friendly, they even request that you leave a google review. Medical assistant was friendly and helpful, took vitals. Doctor showed genuine interest and suggested 3 or 4 procedures as to what directions to go. Ordered blood work which was conveniently located i main lobby.

This group of physicians is excellent and came highly recommended by 2 other physician groups. Dr. Gray is an outstanding physician who made me feel comfortable from day one. I have been seeing him for 4 years now. He is calm, knowledgeable, instills confidence and involves the patient with his concise explanations for the course of treatment(s). He and his staff, including the medical assistants and PA's, take time to listen, explain and answer any questions put forth. I have recommended this group to many friends and family members with full confidence that they too will receive the same excellent care as I have. In addition, I have received care from 2 other physicians in this group, and they too have met my high expectations for cardiac care as well as health care.
